SHIPPING POLICY

At MyTrees, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase — whether it’s something amazing from Tanzana or a purpose-driven product from Sippora. If you have any concerns about your specialty coffee order, please contact us, and we will address them promptly. Our return and exchange policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind.

SHIPPING

We aim to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible — usually within 1 working day.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your package is on its way.

We currently ship within the UK, with more regions coming soon!

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We know that sometimes things don’t go as planned — and that’s okay! Here's how returns work:

 

You can return:

  • Unused products in original packaging

  • Within 14 days of receiving your order (cooling-off period)

 

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns of opened coffee bags, as coffee is a perishable item.
    But don’t worry — if there’s a problem, we’ll sort it.

 

If something's not right:

If you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us!
We’ll make it right — quickly and kindly.

 

Refund timing:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

 

How to return:

  • Just send us a message and we’ll email you a return label – easy and hassle-free.
